1. Introduction

At Bilişsel Akademi, we are committed to providing high-quality education in compliance with the regulations set by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB). This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which students may request a refund or course cancellation.

2. Course Cancellation & Refund Conditions

Students may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • If the course is canceled by Bilişsel Akademi, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a student withdraws before the course starts, they are entitled to a full refund, except for registration fees (if applicable).
  • If a student withdraws after the course starts, a partial refund may be granted based on the number of completed sessions, in accordance with MEB regulations.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the student has completed more than 10% of the course.
  • If the student withdraws after the legally defined refund period as per MEB guidelines.
  • For digital course materials, downloadable content, or any personalized services already provided.
  • If the student is dismissed due to disciplinary reasons or violation of terms & conditions.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the student must:

  1. Submit a written refund request to iletisim@bilisselakademi.com, including their full name, course details, and reason for withdrawal.
  2. The request will be reviewed within 5 business days by our administration.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, in compliance with MEB refund policies.

5. Course Transfers & Alternative Solutions

Instead of a refund, students may have the option to:

  • Transfer their enrollment to another available course.
  • Receive a course credit for future use.

6. Changes to This Policy

Bilişsel Akademi reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with changes in MEB regulations. Any modifications will be communicated via our website.
