1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Buyer:
The individual who purchases educational services through the website or other sales channels of Bilişsel Akademi.

By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them.

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of online courses, educational services, and digital content offered by the Seller through the website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. COURSE DETAILS & PAYMENT

  • The Buyer agrees to pay the full course fee as stated at the time of purchase.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the Buyer gains access to the purchased educational service.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the course has not been accessed.
  • If the Buyer has started using the course (attending online lessons, accessing materials, etc.), the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with consumer protection laws.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to iletisim@bilisselakademi.com and will be processed within 7-14 business days if eligible.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY

  • Online courses and educational services are provided through the Seller’s digital platforms and learning management systems.
  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary internet access and technical requirements to use the services.

6. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

  • The Buyer agrees not to share, distribute, or resell course materials.
  • The Buyer must comply with the Seller’s policies regarding course participation and conduct.
  • Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of course content may result in termination of access without a refund.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

If circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (such as natural disasters, internet outages, government regulations, etc.) prevent the delivery of services, the Seller shall not be held liable. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed, and an alternative solution will be offered.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
  • If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Turkey, and the courts of [City/Region] shall have jurisdiction.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • This Agreement takes effect once the Buyer completes the purchase process.
  • The Seller reserves the right to update the terms of this Agreement, provided that such changes comply with applicable laws.

By completing the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Distance Sales Agreement.
